Are you missing wages? Is your employer not paying out your tips correctly? Have you experienced harassment or unfair treatment at work? Did you know that most workers, regardless of status, are protected under the Employment Standards Act?

You have rights and we’ve got your back!

We will be going over the Employment Standards Act and the different types of wage theft that workers experience. You are welcome to share your personal experiences, ask as many questions, or just listen in to absorb all the information we have to share.

Our facilitators are Legal Advocates with WSN and will handle any issues you have with confidentiality. Our entire staff have years of various work experience in the retail/service/hospitality sectors which have shaped us all in our desire to fight for workers rights!
