Kusina: Child Support and Parental Responsibility

Every child has the right to financial support, and every parent deserves access to clear, reliable information about how child support works in BC.

Join us for our next Kusina session in partnership with YWCA BC, where we'll break down child support and parental responsibility in plain language.

This session will cover:

  • Who is entitled to child support

  • How to apply for child support

  • How child support payments are calculated

  • What Section 7 special and extraordinary expenses are

  • What qualifies as undue hardship

  • Options for enforcing child support orders

This workshop is open to women-identifying participants only.
