If you are a migrant worker in British Columbia with low income, a closed work permit, no legal status, or are a migrant caregiver, you can receive legal advice at no cost from our staff lawyers, visit Migrant Workers Centre’s free walk-in legal clinic.
These clinics allow eligible migrant workers to meet with a staff lawyer for employment and immigration legal advice, without needing an appointment. The clinic is free, confidential and you don’t need an appointment to come.
