We invite you to learn more about the centre, explore the What We Heard Report, and see what’s already taking shape. Your voice matters in this journey—join us in shaping what comes next.

  • Filipino BC Moves Forward With Vision for Filipino Community and Cultural Centre in South Vancouver

Filipino BC has announced the proposed vision and scope for the long-anticipated Filipino Community and Cultural Centre. • Filipino BC Launches The What We Heard Report

It’s not just a collection of survey results or meeting notes—it’s a reflection of our community’s heart. Over 2,000 Filipinos across the province spoke up, and their voices have painted a picture of what we need, what we dream of, and what we can build together.

  • Filipino BC and South Vancouver Neighbourhood House Sign Agreement to Develop Community Food Centre in Future Filipino Community & Cultural Centre

This partnership reflects both organizations’ commitment to building inclusive, culturally responsive infrastructure that addresses long-standing inequities in one of Vancouver’s most diverse and underserved neighbourhoods.

STRENGTH IN KAPWA

All donations to the Kapwa Strong Fund will support the community through sustained recovery and essential needs, strengthen programs and services, and build a lasting legacy for future generations.

The Filipino BC Care Team is here to support anyone affected by the April 26 tragedy—including friends, neighbours, and loved ones beyond the Filipino community. Healing takes time, but you don’t have to face it alone.

Stand with the Filipino community, today!
