Dearest Kababayan,

As Filipino BC gears up to celebrate our first year serving the community, I just want to take a moment to express how grateful I am to be part of this journey with all of you. As the Chair, I feel truly honored to be leading this incredible group, and I'm filled with a sense of purpose that comes from knowing we're all in this together.

At the core of what we do is a simple yet powerful vision: to help the next generation of Filipino-Canadians connect with their roots, become leaders, and look out for each other. It's not just a goal; it's like our guiding light, showing us the way forward and pushing us to do our best.

We know how important it is to hold onto our traditions while also moving forward with new ideas. And we believe that when we work together, we can make our community stronger and more welcoming for everyone.
