Kusina: PWD Benefits and Eligibility with Disability Alliance BC

📅 September 25, 11am - 2pm

📍Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House (800 E Broadway, Vancouver)

Not sure if you qualify for BC’s Persons with Disabilities (PWD) benefit, or where to begin?

Join us for an upcoming Kusina session with Disability Alliance BC (DABC) Advocate Celia Arruda for a practical overview of the Persons with Disabilities (PWD) benefit in BC.

The session will cover

  • Eligibility requirements

  • The application process

  • What eligible recipients may receive

  • Questions and concerns specific to newcomers

Whether you're applying for the first time, supporting a family member, or trying to understand what disability supports are available, this session is an opportunity to get clear information and ask questions in a welcoming, community-based space.

A free hot meal will be provided.
